No access to wifi

There is a connection to the hub but at best wifi is intermittent lasting for only 20 minutes during the day. In the evening from approximately 6pm there has been no WiFi- preventing streaming on the tv and also accessing email, social media etc on our mobiles. This has been happening since sunday 20 Oct. Broadband and wifi was only installed on Thursday 17/10 and had to be fixed on saturday 19/10. I'm paying for a more expensive broadband and it hs been a lot worse than the level we had prior to 19/10. Denise Taylor
