WiFi is terrible saying we are not connected to the internet

Saying there is no internet. I'm fed up with reporting this and you have the cheek to put my bill up by £10. I cannot afford the £53.50 so will have to look for a better deal elsewhere

Do you mean your broadband connection? WiFi is just a form of connectivity to the router

Mine is doing this too. It loses signal all the time. I'm sick of it. Especially when the checking tool says everything is OK when it's clearly not.
