We are having issues with our wifi which have been continuous

@MeganPatterson You have posted on the Customer Forum and not talking direct to sky, so they will not be looking into anything with this request that you have made!

Yes, I'm having continuous problems too. My wifi has been dropping out all evening but when I use the 'check my wifi/broadband' option on tye internet it tells me my connection is good even though I have a continuous amber light on the wifi box ..... Makes no sense

@SarahJW1 Have you tried the service checker option from the link below, sky's software to try and find out if there is a specific area outage that may have a direct effect. Link below if you wish to try.

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby

Yes I had already tried that and it says there's no problems but it keeps dropping out approx every 10 minutes at the moment. Getting very frustrating
