No WiFi

In a street of multi 80 and 90 year old  no WiFi and being told to go on

line and arrange check fault .. how is this supposed to work

If you are a Sky Broadband customer then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Yep all good for sav tech 60 year olds 80 plus year old not so easy yep all in the red just checked engineer for Tuesday. Ran to try escalate for all the other 4 90 years old but told as I am not a customer can't help

In a world of competing ISPs that's just not how things work: even if they were Sky Broadband customers you can't log issues for them.
