No WiFi

Broadband check says my WiFi is fine but this is untrue and I've taken pictures to prove if needed. My internet is completely down despite resetting my hub twice. Worse thing is that when I'm checking your system tells me everything is fine!

Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…

In the middle of streaming a box set then 12:30 total loss of internet service. Sky checker telling me all is good when clearly not, have now given up resetting etc as nothing working and clearly an outage beyond my house!

Mines down too, despite checking the connection on my sky app and it stating its all connected and running smoothly. Iv'e tried resetting it as stated on the web 3-4 times hasn't brought me any joy what so ever. Mental.

Mine down run the test sky says all fine. I was a sleep and ring app said lost internet. I was so scared and the voice went off on the rota first other someone has cut my phone online and he's trying to break and then the Internet went. This is not acceptable. I'm scared to death.
