No WiFi

All 3 lights are on sky WiFi box but no connection. When prompted to re-enter password on mobile phone to reconnect to WiFi it says 'incorrect password'

Are you entering it as it is printed on your hub so using upper case if required and also using a O and not an 0 or vice versa ?
