Moving House

I am due to move house soon and i have tried to arrange moving sky through my online account but it is telling me there is already a move booked. I have not booked a move yet. 

When i click on track move, it says i have no appointment booked.

All you can do is to call Sky to arrange this:

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link there might be a number that you can use:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
