Check the lights on your hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start. If they show the hub has lost its connection tomthe hub snd the service checker in the My Sky app run overca mobile connection doesn't tell you thst Sky are aware of a fault call them and report it.
