@Puja what colour is the replacement hub? If it is black press and hold the wps button on the nearest Sky Q box tomthe hub until it starts flashing then do the same on the new hub. Hopefully they connect then repeat the process with the next Q box either connecting to the hub or the nearest connected box.
If it is a white hub connect the main Q box to the hub using the WPS buttons then connect the Q minis to the main Q box NOT the hub.
