No WiFi and phone crackling noise so can't here

The WiFi is down in my property. I have 2 orange lights being displayed, these are the WiFi & voice light. I have reset the router and these lights are still present. It should be noted, that I am a Sky Engineer, so I'm aware of all the checks that are required. This is definitely an issue with the service and not related to the router.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Intelminder As your a Sky engineer you should know that you need to contact customer service to report a fault and get Openreach to attend, the forum members cannot assist with that as we are just customers.
@Mark359 A crackling phone line usually suggests a line fault, you would also need to call customer service to report the issue as it will probably require a visit from Openreach to investigate and fix.
