I've recently had faster broadband fitted but have since had multiple occasions with slow or no WiFi - this morning there is no connection to TV or mobile devices connected. I've ran the diagnostic on the app which says everything should be fine but it's not. I never had any issues with the previous broadband so am very concerned that the faster one fitted is now not working?

I did the diagnostic which said it was fine and they were green but it wasn't fine?
