No WiFi working

I have fibre broadband and the router has a green light for power, WiFi, orange light for voice and no like for Internet. The small box on the wall has Green light power No light LOS Green flashing light PON Quick flashing green light LAN Devises can't get connected to WiFi.

@Lyns67  First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It says that it can't find any device connected even though we have at least 4 devices looking to connect. 

 

I've ran all the checks and it thinks everything is fine.

@Lyns67 The PON light has to be a steady Green, without that you will have NO Internet! If the links that @GD1 Did not throw anything up, then it is a call to sky to report it!
