No WiFi to hub
I've got connection to my broadband but no WiFi on hub

@Naomi14 your post is not totally clear but if your hub is showing it is connected to the exchange connected try connecting a WiFi device in the same room as the hub. If that works then the issue is poor wifi signal level in your home. Standard advice is make sure the hub is out in the open and on a surface so its signals are not blocked by radiators and the like. If you still cannot get decent wifi in other rooms consider buying `sky's add-on https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buying your own wifi kit.
