No WiFi or broadband for 24 hours
Had no broadband for 24 hours now. Done everything suggested in the app and there's nothing to say when this will be resolved.

Re: No WiFi or broadband for 24 hours
@Brittany4 First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Re: No WiFi or broadband for 24 hours
@Brittany4 If there is an outage in your area then unfortunately it may take time for Openreach to fix it, their target time is 2 working days starting the first working day after its reported but that can take longer and depends on what has caused the outage, you should call Sky to log the fault so that you are entitled to the automatic compensation scheme.
