No WiFi in kitchen
I have no WiFi connection in the kitchen and have the WiFi max garuntee. Please can I request an engineer to come and assess and install pods as required

You are talking to other customers on here only.
If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account at about £6 per month then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
The first one can be self installed while a second and third will require an engineer visit.
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
Alternatives are homeplugs or your own mesh network.
