No WiFi connection

Hi, 

 

my Sky WiFi/router hasn't worked since last night. The service checker says everything is ok, but the router isn't even visible on any of our devices, so we can't connect at all. 

the power is on and working to the router, there aren't any lights on the router to says there is an issue, but all of the previously connected devices have no connection and cannot find our WiFi.

If all the lights are lit then try rebooting it at the mains then after 5 minutes see if your devices have now connected.

Thanks for the message! Have been on to help this morning as no lights at all in the router. Changed plugs, checked connections and nothing coming on.

That does appear to be the case so have you contacted Sky and reported this to them ?

I have indeed, it's been past to the connections team and should have a response in 72hrs according to the team
