Yea im in norwich  my router is green  for everything except internet

Same issue here, WiFi off, lights on the hub are now green and orange. Cannot connect anything

the app says everything is fine, so I've been resetting the hub, disconnecting all my stuff and reconnecting and still, no connection and amber lights. Very frustrating.  I hope it's resolved by morning as I work from home!

Hello I'm now on hour four of this problem where I have a green light on for power, no light for internet ,green light for WiFi and orange light for voice .

i have no clue what to do

Not sure if this is maintenance or not. 
no notification received but it's definitely something their end if it's happening to us all and not just an isolated incident for 1 person. 
if it is maintainable, would be great if they could tell us!

Glad to know I'm not the only person sat at 1am plugging and unplugging their internet😂 seems like an issue their end, I saw on twitter too people asking about it
