No WiFi connection or broadband

I have recently had 2 engineers to rectify my problem but again it isn't working. When we watch sky tv it keeps cutting out saying we are not connected to a network. I've now had to purchase a mobile dongle just so we can watch sky. This is far from ideal as I'm paying almost £200.00 per month for a service that I cannot access.

@Nicki29 That is an excessive amount of money for a BB/TV package, best you take it up with sky since you already have a previous fault logged with them!
