We've been experiencing no WiFi for a few days now since the day before yesterday, and still have no WiFi, but we have the 4 green lights on on our router, I don't understand the problem?.

@Kieron8 Sky recommend powering down your hub for an hour if thstvdoesntvdort give Sky a call in the morning.
