our Wi-Fi has been very poor since this new contract

Please can someone help sort out the Wi-Fi?

 

It has been very poor since the new contract. It seems like there is no booster on it anymore. Prior to this new contract, which was sold to us, we could get signals in every area of the house, including outside the house, but right now, it doesn't even cover the whole house.

 

Please, I need urgent help with this as it's affecting my work.

Did the contract change involve supply of a different Hub model?

 

There's no actual 'booster' involved in broadband supply: 'Broadband Boost' is a really unfortunate marketing name.
