No WiFI again

Internet keeps going down & the streaming box but yet your test checker says all ok 

it's not ok

You can run the service checker to see if the condition is known to sky via a mobile device, is the hub indicating it is offline.

I've run the checker 

The checker says all is fine 

my broadband box has red lights & Tv is not working it's says no internet.

i have to keep turning everything off & letting it reboot, this has happened so many times now that u give up as I'm not getting the service that was promised. Your checker lies or I have something wrong with the Tv steaming box 

 

asking me to use the checker when I've written your checker says in my original message, is not helping to resolve this issue. The message wasn't even read properly.

Like myself @JimM1 is a customer likes you as this is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky. Give them a call so they can run further checks if the online line test hasn't shown any faults.

@LizzGower Thanks for getting back, red lights now that you mention it, our crystal ball does not allow us to see exactly what/where/when and if you do wish to the About at the top off the page explains it all what the Forum is as @caesarome has so kindly pointed out for you as to the limited help that we can direct in your path....
