@ER63  Do you mean your Broadband isn't working, as WiFi is your internal network.

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: No Wi-Fi

Yes broadband, apologies.

i have followed all steps as instructed ie turning on and off checking wires for connection etc but the tv still has no connection.
there were technical difficulties around 2 am last night but everything worked fine after that until around 11.30 ish today

Re: No Wi-Fi

@ER63 Do you see anything as linked below. It may be the exchange is also out as well and did not recover!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Forget all off the above if it is only your TV not working!

Re: No Wi-Fi

@ER63 Some confusion now, is the HUB working fine and you have broadband internet on your phone or other devices, and the TV is the only one not working, or is it all Green lights across the hub but no data is flowing anywhere so looks like nothing is working at all....
