No Wi-Fi

My Wi-Fi is dropping in and out and has been for the last couple of weeks. I have tried all sorts of things but the problem is becoming a problem for me now. It goes off for a few hours and then will come back on for a period of time then go off again

Next time it goes off try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Yes I already have. It is saying the line is fine. It clearly is something else as I have no Wi-Fi now or neither have since 3pm today

I take it you have rebooted your broadband hub at the mains ?

Yes I have tried all the obvious things but it is an ongoing problem for the last couple of weeks now.

Hi, the Wi-Fi has dropped again today for 4 hours and is still off. I have contacted you for the past 4 days and I have not had a worthwhile reply.

 

if this is not resolved within 24hrs my whole Sky package of £140 pm will be getting cancelled. The service is appalling

Have you phoned Sky and reported this to them ?
