No ONT cable

I've just moved into a new flat, and the broadband has been activated today, but when I got there I noticed there is no ONT power cable. I've received the actually broadband box and everything but haven't set it up yet. Was wondering if there is one I can buy online or any way to contact Sky, tried using the automated response thing but got nowhere with it. Need it sorted ASAP as I have no WiFi at the moment, and the service in my flat is awful. Thanks!

@Dara42 the oower suplyvand cablechas to come from Openreach but you have to ask Sky to arrangecthst. Why people take what is a useless power supply with them when they move beats me,

I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Hi I have the same issue my ont cable isn't in the property and my service is due to go live on Monday

@Ppizzey You have to wait until Monday then call sky and have them organise OR to replace the missing!
