No ONT cable
Hi my ONT has no powercable as I've just noticed and my activation for my broadband is tomorrow. It has a green cable and nothing else and doesn't turn on..
The only code it has - ALCLFC845C17
I'm not sure who to contact about this.

You contact Sky and they arrange for Openreach (or the appropriate network maintainer in RoI) to remedy the situation: unfortunately that does mean there will be a delay before you can use the connection, which is why the advice from the ISP is to check ahead of time.
