No Internet

My sky WiFi signal keeps dropping out. I've reset the broadband and turned it off and on, but the issues persist. All the lights are green and on MySky app, when checking broadband it says all works as it should. But that's not correct. My download speed is less then 1MB and Upload speed seems unaffected.

 

Is there something going on that is not being reported?

The speed shows 46-47 Mbps (sky would have put you the 40Mbps profile) on the checker with a guarantee of 23-30 Mbps so you are borderline on the guarantee

 

Best to call sky to report the issue
