No Internet

My electricity was switched off. When switched on again, I could not get my internet/WiFi. I have followed all information, to no avail. I admit that I am not overly tech savvy as a pensioner, but I haven't got anything to work. Please help!

@Ba5  What lights show on the router if any at all and what colour are they?
