No Internet

Only have 2 green lights on out of 3 on my box can't get the Internet been like it since 7 this morning

Try using the service checker in your my sky app using mobile . Any external faults should prompt you to book an engineer

Same here, it drops out all the time and making working at home very difficult!

Since the early afternoon today (11/09/24), my broadband keeps dropping in and out. Everything is all plugged in (and checked). Keeps going from three green lights to two, with the centre one going.
