iPad don’t connect to skybox

After being away for a few days using a different internet now home my iPad will not connect to my home skybox correctly. When I try to get it to search it say can't song sky a box

iPad can not find skybox after searching 

I can open sky go but the record button on the bottom row is missing and when I try a search to find box it says can't find it
