No Internet
Internet connection has kept dropping for the past 72h. There is no light on the Internet sign on the router. Unplugging the cable from the master socket as suggested by the help guide fixes the problem for a few minutes, then the issue comes back again.

@Pietro12345 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Hi there,
I ran health checks which come back positive / green even though there is no Internet. The issue came back again just now after 2h of regular service. It is the 3rd time today and 5-6th in the past three days.

@Pietro12345 You can give Sky a call see if they can see the drops and get out an engineer to what the possible issue is.
