@Lloydie180 Which checker is that you are talking about. Is it the service checker or the broadband test you are talking about?

I've checked on sky app and still can't get any Internet or WiFi I've checked and tried to reset it but nothing is working.Thanks lloyd

@Lloydie180 Does the broadband test on the Sky app after you run it say everything is okay or does it come up amber or red with any information?
