Hi guys,
Our internet has been down all day, I've tried two Sky Hubs with no success. I've also tried plugging a phone in to test the line and have no dial tone. Can you advise the best solution for this?

Use the Sky App to run a line test on a smartphone connected to the mobile 4G/5G network whilst logged into your Sky account. This should allow you to book an engineer to fix the fault.

It got resolved, it appears there was works being done in the area which effected the phonelines
