Re: No Internet

Sky Q system - on full fibre network,

Spent two and a half hours this morning going through set-up procedures and failed miserably.

Finally rang Sky & got an automated response telling me to go to an internet link and follow procedures.

Bit difficult to do that without internet.

Gave it up as a bad job, had a cuppa and lo and behold by the time I'd  drunk it, the system was back & running.

Obviously a Sky exchange fault

Becoming a regular occurance and it's always after the night shift had been messing with the mainframe.

@michael.fletcher7 no much to go on but if the service has been down for an hour run the online Service Checker over a mobile connection using the My Sky app as thst should tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line if not after running you through a few checks should offer to book an engineer. Alternstively call Sky queue yo speak to an agent and go through the same tests.
