Re: No Internet
@Sharron64 Any red light on an ONT is going to possibly require sky assistance unless CF are aware of a Fibre fault!

Re: No Internet
The internet is down, have checked it over by the app. Says system is okay and my WiFi is all good. It's not working so no idea what's going on

Re: No Internet
@Shauna256
Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Important-Notice-Scheduled-Broadband-Maintenance/td-p/5151847...
If you have an ONT box displaying a red light, see this further advice…
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/Can-t-connect-to-broadband-and-have-a-red-light-on-your-...
Hopefully it’s back up and running before 7am. If it’s not, try restarting your hub or post back in this thread and we can try to offer additional advice.
[I only provide help on the forum boards so Private/Direct Messaging is switched off]

Re: No Internet
I am having trouble with my Internet. The box will not turn on. I've tried everything I've been trying to get in contact with someone over it. I need the Internet back on ASAP

Re: No Internet
@Chantelledavies It all depends on what box you are talking about, but do check the power connection that is used, then dial 150 if you have a working landline phone or a sky mobile to get to sky Customer Service!

Re: No Internet
Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
