Have no internet but test check says everything ok but states there is an issue

I have the same issue, router has all the lights on, testing on the app says everything is fine and yet no devices  actually work

The amount they charge it happens way to often even have a so called booster

We have the same issue. Ps5 and sky a not connnecting, neither is the fire stick. However phones and sons Xbox is... strange.
