Problem using my laptop not recognising my wi-fi or connecting to the Internet

@Kate136 if other drvices are connecting its an issue with the laptop. Worth telling the unit to gorget the connection then reboot and try from scratch. Check you are not misreading the passcode gorcexampke confusing the letter I forvtge number 1 Its essily done.
