No Internet or phone

I have got no Internet or phone the lights on router which should be lit green are not lit at all supposed to be superfamily fiber ,rubbish more like I have had no Internet for over 2 hours I am not happy about this at all.

Sky test

Sky test is not accurate it says that there is nothing wrong with My connection when there definitely is.
