Can't see Sky Max hub in Settings on app.

I need to change WiFi settings, so have been on line and it looks like the solution is to use the app, but I can't see the Sky Max hub in Settings. I deleted and reinstalled the app and turned the router off and on again. Unfortunately that is about the limit of my IT knowledge. Hope someone can give me some guidance. Thank you.
