No Internet on activation day

Today (2nd of January) is supposed to be my activation day according to the email and the customer sales rep, I tried calling Sky at 8:30am and the lines are closed due to the office being closed? I have no internet and I am concerned as I was guaranteed an active line today.

@Ccaroto If today is the activation date your service won't be live 1st thing on a morning, it can take up to midnight tonight to go live, calling Sky won't be of any use at present as it's way too early to be chasing this up.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
