No Internet on Set Up

Hi, 

 

So my package has been activated today and I've gone to set everything up and the internet does not seem to be working. 

 

The power and wifi lights are green but the internet light is not on. There are no issues in the local area and I've gone through all the help platforms to try to sort it and nothing seems to be doing it. 

 

The only thing I can think of is that when I'm following the steps, I don't have a landline to plug into the Uk call port. Would this be the reason that the internet isn't working?

No: that's not going to be related. Unfortunately it isn't particularly unusual for data not to start flowing on the activation date itself.
