No Internet light on sky router
Does anyone know of any issues in the mansfield area.?
Internet light off on sky router.
Box restarted - no change.
Was up and down yesterday afternoon.
Landline has dial tone
No Internet access.

@Paul-J run the srvice checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection which should tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line.If it doesnt give them a call to report the issue. If you dial 150 on the landlinrvthecall is free but there are less agents working today so it will take axwhile to get through.

Already did that and it showed an issue with the hub connection. However running through checks suggested on the help tool appears to have fixed for now. Will see how it goes. Thanks.
