Can't get on the Internet and it wont recognise my password

• My Internet has gone out I ran the test and it says everything is fine from sky end and yet no mater how often I reset or try to fix it the Internet is still down. I took photo time stamp to show the issues is with sky and yet you site say nothing wrong. Is this just a passivation tool? This not the first time this has happened  i want to know what's going on?

Thought it was just mine! Tried everything! Even when I check my service on the sky app, it comes up as service is good. Is this the same with you?

Yes, ive reset about 4 times ! Its so annoying!

I dont understand why it keeps saying incorrect password too. Maybe its because its down but like everyone else, the site says all is working with no issues

Looks like if you rerun the tests it says there's an issue at the exchange and they'll need to send an engineer to resolve. great!

I'm in Grays Thurrock and mine's down too. Status checker says no issues except it says my hub has no power which is untrue as I've checked and reset it and it definitely has power. Thought it was them pitching a fit that I've set a date to leave their broadband but if others are down then must be a bigger issue.

Yep I'm in Chadwell-St-Mary and mine is down too, no dial tone and no internet
