No Internet in Rayleigh, Essex

No Internet but checker says everything is fine. An update wpuld be helpful, please

@Ruth36  No one here can give any updates as this is a  customer helps customer community.

 

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sorry - the app wasn't working properly and took me to this page to report it.  The service eventually came back up again even though the system and websites said there was nothing wrong.  A couple of other people also reported an outage.  Thank you for replying.
