No Internet in Naas

Hi I don't have Internet since yesterday morning . Do anyone else have same issue ? It's there any breakdown ?

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

 

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Also without Internet for over 24 hours in same area. Fault and line test links both lead to an engineer call out. 

 

Would consider this a serious issue at this stage. When will it be resolved?

@Simplyduff  This is a customer helps customer community, as such we can't tell you when the outage will be resolved as we don't have access to what the outage is.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you booked the engineer call out as you might not get your line restored otherwise.

Perhaps the named storm which swept across the entire island might not be unrelated?
