@Nevka Checker does not do what you may expect it to, see the link below as time now may be enough!
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to be displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.

@Nevka What is it that you see, the link below and say!
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

There's an outage in your area
We're working on getting you back up and running. It usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this but might be sooner.

@Nevka It's all up to you, there is a current broadband Internet problem somewhere along the line, area, local but it's not UK wide currently, sky working fine here at the momement in bonnie scotland, FF Full Fibre connection up and running, not using a sky Hub though but that should not be an issue, the LIGHT is showing you what is going on, and the software checks are about as much good as a chocolate teapot at times!!!

Note that this is a clumsy reference to the Openreach target for broadband fault resolution and not actually related to any particular issue.
