Hi just wondering what people do with a no Internet connection. I have reset and unplugged everything. I have a sky glass TV and a hub for my WiFi I also have an enthenic cable as an extra that I've had for ages. I been with sky glass for over a year.

Hi. I rang automated service this morning. They tested my phone line connection to my hub and have booked me in an engineer. So I think it's to do with open reach.

Hi yes I have run tests the 1st one home and local.area perfectly fine then the second test on interent was a no. The internet won't work so can't get on my.wifi

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
