No Internet connection work from home

Hi I work from home and cannot do so today. The WiFi us good but unable to access teams and documents on my pc. It states there is no Internet connection - I stated the day troubleshooting only 2 green lights on box. Since then 3 so thought it was good to go. Just run your check here and got 3 ticks however the connection to broadband is the problem Two hours and still unable to work

Unfortunately working from home does not transform a domestic broadband connection with multiple single points of failure into a robust business service with alternative routing and cellular failover.

 

The first thing to try is a full reboot of the Hub and the client devices. If the connection still isn't working you'll need to log a fault with Sky for investigation by Openreach: they have a target of two days to fix starting the following morning (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

My WiFi is the same just gone down done a check all working fine but still not working
