No Internet, again !

No connection. Red light on my router. Been happening most days but just for a few minutes. Now been off for over 3 hours. Need urgent connection as wife uses a cpap breathing machine that uses our wifi to send details of her breathing to the nurses. Swapped from BT 2 months ago, had your engineers out once already 5 weeks ago who found no fault. Never had any problems with BT. Not happy.

Given that no domestic ISP can guarantee always-on connection, but BT has failover to cellular as an option where Sky does not, frankly that might be a better option.

Yes, wish we had not swapped. Odd isp failure not an issue but constant, every day and now a half day and counting just not good enough.
