Internet light orange on router, diagnostic saying everything fine when clearly not as have no Internet! Power light green WiFi green but nothing is connecting! Hub reset didn't do anything!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Amanda116 If your landline is working fine then give Sky a call and report this fault. Just dial 150 on your landline handset and listen to the voice prompts, ignore after it try to send you a text and stay on the line.
