No Internet AGAIN
Someone needs to come back to my estate and fix the issue they caused the last 4 times they were here. Last time they were in my garden and it's not been the same since.

Ah no way, everytime I google sky broadband help it brings me here. Can't get through on the phone. Our WiFi, the technicians were in our garden sorting the neighbours WiFi (different provider) (removed). Have been trying since last week to get them on the phone to send someone out.

Similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
